WHAT WE CAN HELP WITH
We provide time-limited, solution-focused therapy as well as longer-term therapy for those who would like to work on longstanding difficulties. It is important for us to understand each client’s needs in an initial assessment / consultation session and collaboratively identify the most appropriate and effective individual treatment plan. We can also confidentially refer our clients to other professionals when appropriate.
PRACTICALITIES
REFERRALS
We are aware that seeking psychological help can be a difficult task and a referral to our service can be made by phone or via our online contact form.
When you contact us for the first time, please provide us with your name, contact details, when and where you would like to be seen and a brief summary of your current difficulties.
We will endeavour to contact you within two working days to arrange an initial appointment to explore your current difficulties and to discuss possible treatment options.
FEES
Unless agreed otherwise, your therapy appointment will last for 50 minutes.
The self-funded fee for individual therapy is £150 and couples therapy is £180 per session. The fee will be payable in cash upon arrival or bank transfer prior to the appointment.
We also offer a limited amount of low cost sessions for clients on low incomes.
CANCELLATIONS
Please note that due to room booking requirements we operate with a 48-hour cancellation policy.
This means that any appointments that are cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please contact your therapist as soon as possible using the contact details provided by your therapist.
